The staff at JLR are always pleasant and helpful. Jen, in particular, went above and beyond. I was able to have a loaner when service took longer than expected. Very happy.

The repair of my Jaguar XF was performed quicker than I

The repair of my Jaguar XF was performed quicker than I expected and with my total satisfaction of the work performed. Immediately upon my arrival the service Manager briefed me on the work that was necessary and upon completion he went over the labor and parts costs. The entire effort was handled very professionally.

It should have been a good experience however I was

It should have been a good experience however I was supposed to have 3 oil service when I bought my car I went there for the second one and told me since I was past due they have to go to the 3 rd service and ended up losing one service I did not receive any emails explaining it had to be one month before or after car reached 2 years or 21k mileage which I do not drive the car often. They failed to explain an important part of the process No communication
