I was told that they would only use one bank to do a hard
I was told that they would only use one bank to do a hard pull with. I checked my credit report and noticed that there were more than one inquiry. This was never disclosed after I explained to them that i didn?t want any hard pulls. I am not satisfied with the misinformation.

The costs are very, very high LOL I have always received great service! The service team is very knowledgeable, kind, and courteous. The final cost is very close to the initial quote, re-work has not been required. They take their time to thoroughly identify the root cause(s) of the problem(s). I have had multiple appointments completed here, mostly for the intermittent Minor & Major Services. The salespeople do not pester you to trade-in or buy :-) The coffee is very good. :-) The lounge is very comfortable :-) The Bentley merch for sale is great, ridiculously expensive tho LOL :-O

I had to bring my car back too many times for the same tire balancing issue. It was finally fixed. I don?t believe they were doing any quality inspections like test driving the vehicle to see if the issue was corrected.

Do not buy a Bentley from here! Absolutely horrible experience. I have been hunting for an extremely specific Bentayga and thought I would find it in Atlanta. I come in and they tell me a manager is driving it on demo and refuse to let me look at it. I flew in to see this vehicle! Shameful.
