I came into the location to look at a car, but not necessarily by one. I really wanted a new car, however, did not want to pay the new car price. I met Cas do a VA Beach program, and he told me to come on down and take a look. He never pressured me or try to persuade me this way or that. He asked me what I was looking for and when I came down to the lot. He showed me many options without any pressure. Excellent, excellent customer service. Cas is and was a true professional! If you are looking for a new car please don't shop here. The sales guy Jason credle who we dealt with was too pushy. He even went as far as saying rude comments to my 16 yr old daughter about her driving. I almost decked him when I heard what happened. No one needs to buy a car from a pushy pervert.

My boyfriend and I came in looking for a new WRX for me. My sales rep Leah seemed more flirty than she was helpful. Because she began chatting up my boyfriend the minute she found out he was in the military. It all seemed as if she wanted to find out about his military career rather than help me find a car. Then when I did find a WRX that I liked I wasn’t able to drive it because it was reserved. It all seemed as if she was trying to date my boyfriend then sell a car that day. Though I did find the right WRX at 1st team Subaru.

Someone named Dwayne I believe a sales person for Subaru RK contacted me via email wanting me to either look him up or give him a call about possibly upgrading or trading in my Subaru for 2022 and I could save $10 a month on my payments. Well I tried to call RK Subaru and the 800 number just rang and rang and rang and then finally a busy signal and then I called another number that’s listed on the Internet for the sales department And got somebody’s mailbox and it said it was full so no one answers the phone there so I guess you’re really not interested in me upgrading or selling new vehicles I was there early this morning but it was like 7:30 AM so I guess if you’re not interested I’ll try either Casey or Perry Subaru even though I would rather stay right here in Virginia Beach. you obviously have very poor phone service and response. (Though I’ve had great experience with your service department) My name is John Filipiak you can look me up I own a 2018 Subaru my phone numbers are in your system. Maybe somebody there an RK will read this I don’t know how else to contact you.
