Matthew Thuecks, We are very transparent in our process, and all documentation is clearly presented at the time of signing. Nothing is hidden—everything is available for review, and it is the customer’s responsibility to read and understand what they are agreeing to. At 50+ years old, it is reasonable to expect that you take responsibility for your own decisions rather than placing blame elsewhere after the fact. We stand by our process and the way we conduct business. If you chose not to review the documents thoroughly before signing, that does not equate to a lack of transparency on our part.

I’m happy with my purchase and over all experience with buying through Russ Darrow for the third time consecutively. There were a couple things that did bother me. A courtesy message to let me know finance was running an hour behind would of been great, and about 5 times I had asked if the other dealer could be contacted to see if there was a second key to the car I purchased. I still have not received any info on that and I’m just giving up on it. Overall I’m happy with Austin and he is a great salesman. Dalton did a great job in finance.
