When I purchased my car, I was promised 3 free oil changes. When I had my oil changed yesterday, they charged me $11 for a service fee which covered the cost of their gloves, bolts, etc. I have never heard of such a thing! My employer always supplied PPE! Your customers should not have to pay for your own supplies. Needless to say, I did not get a free oil change, as promised. I'm a very unhappy customer and would NEVER recommend your dealership.

Thank you for your feedback. I would like to clarify that your oil change was, in fact, provided at 100% no charge, as promised at the time of purchase. The charges on your invoice were for additional services that you chose to have performed during your visit, specifically a tire rotation and a fuel system cleaning. Those services are separate from the complimentary oil change program and are not included as part of the free oil change offer. We certainly understand the importance of knowing exactly what you are being charged for, and we want to assure you that there was no charge for the oil change itself. The charges were solely related to the additional maintenance services performed on your vehicle at your request. We appreciate your business and the opportunity to clarify this misunderstanding.

Came in for Oil change/tire rotation. I was told I had an Oil leak and to fix it it would cost me $3,000. I went to a Certified mechanic in my City and I do not have any oil leak at all ! Also they put 40 lbs of air in my tires ! - had to remove 5lbs. from each tire. Very Disappointed!!! Sad that I purchased my vehicle there and trusted them but I will Never Go Back !

Very good. I got in right away and Michael gave a ride home and back so I didn't have to wait and was able to get work done at home while my car was in the shop. Thanks Michael!!!??
