Avoid Yancarlo Garcia

Normally I don't waste my time writing reviews, but I feel I had to with this one. I am only giving 1 star because 0 is not an option. If you can please avoid this dealership specially because of general sales manager Yancarlo Garcia, the nastiest sales person I have ever had to deal. He basically threw me out of the dealership just because I did not agree with the numbers he gave me, he just turned his back on me and walked away before I could say anything, I am sure if it was a man standing in front of him he would not have acted that way. Not only that, I called before hand to see if they had the car I wanted, so that I wouldn't drive from Homestead to Hialeah for no reason, I am a nurse and I had worked the nightshift the day before and I did not want to make that drive for no reason, but when I got there they said they had just sold that car and the system had not been updated. I do have to say the other sales staff like Fermin and Luis were nice and helpful, however just because of Yancarlo Garcia I will never do business with this dealership as long as he is part of the staff.

The WORST EXPERIENCE FROM TOP TO BOTTOM, my cousin went to purchase her own lease. The general manager Yan Carlos García ,Rey Alvarez and Ruben Recogo lied to me and to her saying you can only purchase your own lease there. Because she got it from there.. general manager is a liar AND ALSO FINANCE MANAGER SAYING SHE NEEDS A WARRANTY BECAUSE VOLKSWAGEN REQUIRES A WARRANTY WHICH IS NOT TRUE . They don’t even speak English. Very unprofessional from TOP TO BOTTOM. THE WORST EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD BUYING A CAR! People were super rude. Lying left and right saying you cannot finance through your own bank LIKE IF THE ONWER OF THIS DEALERSHIP IS SEEING THIS COMMENT, YOU BETTER FIRE ALL YOUR MANAGERS. Because we will never buy a vehicle from this dealership ever again !! It’s a SCAM!!!!!!! They didn’t even give her the buyers order saying it was illegal…all your reviews are 1 star because you guys are scam!!!!! Don’t go this dealership this is not a dealership this is a SCAM!!! As a Manager you need to be more professional and make Difference. And all this Managers lied to us, specially the General Manager. (Yancarlos García )and the finance manager Ruben Recogo). THE WORST!!!!!!!!!

Absolute xxxx of the earth. Christian Comin and his slithering sales manager significantly increased the agreed price of the trade/new car purchase from what was originally promised. They initially tried to lowball me by offering $13,000 for my trade before offering $20,000 plus a Costco and student discount and then backtracking to $18,500 and claiming the Costco discount no longer existed. Go literally anywhere else besides this shady operation.
