Unhappy New Car Customer
If I could give them a zero(0) I would. We purchased a new Jetta at top dollar. First they said they had 50 banks for financing but actually all the cars go through VW financing at horrible rates. So if you don't have your own financing Do Not Go There. Second we noticed one of the air caps was off one of the tires. We drove off the lot and the tire went flat. They charged us $200 for a new tire the same week we bought the car... The car is nice but I wish we could take it back. Buy somewhere else!

Worst experience ever ! After getting past a herd of...
Worst experience ever ! After getting past a herd of piranha sales force hanging under a tent in the overcrowded parking lot being shuffled into a tiny cubicle only to wait for 2 hours plus to get lease numbers that were outrageous, the sales manager wearing his reflective neon sunglasses proceeded to inform me I was not a serious customer and that I lied to him about my vocation then told me to leave so we proceeded hastily over to Rick case vw where we were greeted by a professional salesperson that walked my friend thru the lease process gave us the payment we requested at palmetto vw , nasty experience at palmetto vw I would say to never go to such a place ! Rick case vw is a class act!! Do yourself a favor , avoid palmetto vw ! I felt bad for the salesperson, he was a good guy !

NEVER AGAIN
Took my old Passat in for service, but unfortunately what needed to be repaired almost exceeded the value of the car so I declined the service. Danny Tano helped get me into a 2019 Jetta with all the bells and whistles, as well as assisted me with lowering my car insurance rate and deferred payment. He worked with me when I was in a very difficult position personally and financially, and I feel like he had my interests at heart as well as those of his employer where all parties walked away a winner. I will absolutely be referring people to Palmetto 57 to purchase their next car, and I’ll be sending them to Danny for the best and most honest sales experience I’ve had when buying or leasing a new car. Thank you Danny! **Edit** I have to change my 5-star rating to a 1-star because I have been trying to get in touch with someone from the dealership for over a year because I was given my car without an owner’s manual or my extra car key, but I have had no success. I text Danny and he says he’s sending my key and manual, but then there’s no follow through. I email the dealership every few months and have never heard back. At this point I’m going to have to mask up and come down to the dealership to try and get answers in person, and during this pandemic that is not at all desirable. I will be stalking them until I get my belongings, and I’ll be taking my future business elsewhere. **Second Edit** These geniuses filled out my registration (which they never gave me along with my missing owner's manual and second key!) with the WRONG ADDRESS! I cannot renew my car insurance without paying all of these stupid fees and filling out forms with the county because of their incompetence. If I could turn this xxxx car in today and do business with another dealer, I would RUN to do so. Never ever ever again! Buyer more than beware with these folks.

Jose was truly exceptional. My car did not want to start and he was very kind and tried to help me as much as possible. I have no words to thank Jose. Another dealership told me I need a new piece and Jose told me my piece is intact. Don’t hesitate to go to him :)

WARNING: DO NOT GO HERE
Came in to see a 2016 VW Tiguan R-Line which of course was "sold yesterday" but is still on their website. Then proceeded to offer me a 2018 VW Tiguan S for 17,599 out the door which I agreed on. As I got the cashier's check, I got a call from Palmetto57 saying that the price had changed to over 18,599. Worst dealer experience I ever had HANDS DOWN! Would not recommend this place at all. Spend your money elsewhere!!!
