Fast service! Very attentive and caring service agent. However, I suggest the vending machines in VW service waiting area should be used not only with cash but with credit or debit cards too.

I called this dealership and spoke with Nela Sequeira and asked about a certain Jetta that I wanted to purchase. She confirmed with me that the car was there and that she would have it "show ready" for me. When I arrived I asked for Nela and she informed me that the car was waiting for me. She introduced me to Amy Palacios (my sales rep) and proceeded to walk me to the car that was sitting freshly washed waiting for me to test drive it. I not only fell in love with my Jetta but also with the way the staff treated me. Negotiation was easy, but still a negotiation. They kept it nice, sweet and very professional. This dealership is a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend it to anyone. Great job guys! I never thought I would say this, but this car buying experience was a blessing!

There are actually three Volkswagen dealerships closer to me than Palmetto57, yet I continue to go to this dealership for service after purchasing my car from them in 2016. I like the customer service I receive which reflects well on their management. Thank you, Jose Bringas for assisting me in my last service visit. was approached by the sales man James Roan for a deal on a 2018 Nissan Murano Platinum trim . I explain that I got a “out of the door” price deal offer from a competitor dealer, after disclosing the sales price he said that they can definitely do that price or better. Then he ask all personal information including the e-mails offers from the other dealer. I did provide all that info to him because I was interested and because he implied or promised that his dealer can do better . I was told I would be given a call back the next day on this offer. Three days passed and I did not hear back from him so I gave them a call and was told he was busy and his sales manager was working on the details of the deal but that I would get a call back right away. Another four days passed and I still did not receive a call, so I called back and was told that there was nothing he can do for me. They were very unprofessional and irresponsible. I would not recommend going to this dealership or working with that salesman.
