Palmetto 57 VW

I got my car back earlier than expected, and it was clean as a whistle and not a penny over what the quoted cost of service.

I was in contact by mail and sent 4 mails with questions that I never got replied. I got 4-6 mails though where Palmetto57 tried to sell me any car.

It was a very good experience from the time I walked into the dealership until I drove off in my new vehicle.

That they washed my car after the service, also the waiting time wasn't so bad. Wasn't there for shopping but they do have some awesome GTIs o the lot worth looking at.

Courtesy, the VW representative take time to explain to me all the vehicle?s services need and the manner to take vantage of the warranty for one problem I have at the side mirror.

It was an good experience, not too overly crowded nor was there any rude or disrespectful behavior in the service department.

I liked everything overall. I was kept up to date with what was going on with my car, I was also informed in what was to be replaced and fixed in order to have a functional system and in that i find that honesty is the best policy. I dont like being lied to and told that something else needs to be fixed when there is an actual piece thats broken and will cause another 5 pieces to get broken as well just for the mechanic to earn more money. By you guys being honest every time i feel confident to be taking my car to you guys instead of any other mechanic. And reason being is that i have studied about 2 years about being a mechanic for cars. So the things that i was told that needs fixing i know were true do to it being some reasonable problems and so. Another thing that i really liked was how i was attended when i went to the dealer, before and after. Jose Bringas, I believe was his name, helped me out from the beginning till the end and has done an EXCELLENT job. He had the patience with me and the answers to all my questions. I believe that alone helps out a ton when someone may be frustrated with their car being broken. Again overall everything went smooth till i picked up my car and left.
