New Car

Anthony greeted me as soon as I walked up with my stepfather to get a new car. He made sure find me a good deal. If you need a new car for this year. I would go with Anthony. He is pretty good at finding the car you need need with your budget.

Terrible Delaership

Kia of South Austin sent me an email saying they got a shipment of new Kia Tellurides in. I called and asked a sales manager to call me so that I could buy one of them. I received no call for two days. I finally got a salesman on the phone two days later. I told him I wanted to purchase the vehicle and asked him to put a sold sign on it. I offered to put whatever deposit they required via credit card until I could get to the dealership. He told me I had to fill out a financial application online in order to put down the deposit. He said to call him as soon as I completed the application and he would take my deposit. I completed the application in 5 minutes, but he had left the dealership on personal business. When he returned he called and said the car had been sold to someone else while he was out. The sales manager called me back and was quite rude. He mentioned that they sold the car with a $10,000 dealer markup, and it was clear that they did not honor my sale because they got a higher offer. They had offered me a price and I had accepted. This should have been a done deal. Do not do business with this dealer.

Terrible dealership. Do not buy from them. I reached an agreement to purchase a vehicle. They asked me to fill our a credit application to take my deposit even though I was going to pay cash for the full sticker price. They then sold the vehicle to another customer even though I had asked them to put a sold sign on it. They sold the vehicle with a $10,000 markup over sticker price, so it is clear that as soon as they found a buyer willing to pay over sticker, they just ignored my purchase deal.

Kurt, I do not think this is a fair representation of what happened. This is why we do not hold cars. Holding vehicles causes too many problems, especially on the most popular Telluride package in the USA Besides, you inquired about a vehicle in October, then received a marketing email that was valid through the end of October. November 9, 2020, you inquired again after you had received an email from the General Manager asking if you had been assisted. Your reply was that a salesperson had not contacted you to purchase a vehicle we had in stock. After reviewing your emails to the dealership, All were specific saying that you wanted to order a Telluride and wanted a sales manager to reach out to you about it. There was no sale to "honor," as there was never a formal signed agreement to purchase a vehicle. Then you just inquired again, asking what your trade value is? I love my Kia and Kia South Austin, best service ever today with the 24 hr road service and towing to get my tire repaired. Most reliable service I’ve ever had.

Shady dealership

This dealership is shady. They added a $2,000 extended warranty charge that I did not ask for NOR was it explained to me as required in their contract. I did ask for a printed And emailed copy of everything I signed but was not given one NOR emailed one. Shady. I have spent months trying to get it refunded but just getting the run around. Very shady.

Shady. Don’t trust them. They added a $2,000 up charge to my Kia for I guess extended warranty! It was not explained to me as required by their own contract. I have spent months trying to get it fixed but only get the run around. I guess my next step is the Better Business Bureau. I’ll just keep going until they do the right thing. They also did not print or email me the contract like I asked for. I had to go thru Kia Motors finance which took 30 days to get. Shame on you Mr.Gill.
