Anyone that is turning in a leased vehicle that is not a
Anyone that is turning in a leased vehicle that is not a Hyundai be aware you will have to pay a Disposition fee that I was unaware of during the process of my purchase. I was basically told that it was in the paperwork that I signed and I had plenty of time to look at the paperwork to see this before picking up the car. Well as we all know they rush the paperwork through not explaining it thoroughly to the customer because they want to make a sale. Now I know going forward what to look for when purchasing or leasing a vehicle from a different dealership other than where the car was originally purchased or leased from. I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the handling of my recent lease transition at your dealership. When I turned in my Jeep lease in order to enter into a new lease on a Hyundai Kona, I was clearly informed that Curry Hyundai would cover the remaining five payments on the Jeep and that the vehicle would be fully taken care of moving forward. At no point during this process was I informed of a $450.00 disposition fee for the Jeep lease return. I only became aware of this charge after the fact. Had this fee been disclosed to me upfront, I would have taken it into consideration before making my decision. Instead, I felt rushed and pressured into finalizing the deal, and important information that directly affected my financial responsibility was not communicated. I believe it is both reasonable and fair to expect full transparency during a lease transition. The omission of this information has caused unnecessary frustration and expense, and I feel that I was not given the opportunity to make a fully informed decision. In light of the circumstances, I am requesting that Curry Hyundai review this matter and take appropriate steps to resolve the issue—whether through reimbursement of the $450.00 disposition fee or another reasonable form of remedy.

I brought my 1925 Subaru in for a general checkup.
I brought my 1925 Subaru in for a general checkup. No problems with the car. I have no problem with the service work. My one concern was having a 1pm appointment and waiting for an hour and a half for car to be finished.

Meant 2025 Subaru. However, in curry Subarus defense I could have gotten a loaner. I just didn’t know I would be waiting an hour and a half
They talk a good talk, make you sign paperwork before
They talk a good talk, make you sign paperwork before even knowing if you’ll be approved or not. They had a vehicle advertised on cars.com we get to the dealership, we were told it was sold check the site and come to find out it’s still available and the price dropped. Then we had a pre approval from a specific bank and they claim they don’t work with our preferred bank but on the website it says they do,! Will never be back to that dealership and will advise friends and family to beware.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Curry Subaru.
I recently purchased a vehicle from Curry Subaru. Every person I encountered in the dealership was extremely nice, and made me feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer. That speaks volumes as GOOD customer service nowadays can sometimes feel like a thing of the past. Marc DeBenedictis was my salesman, and he was great to work with. He listened to what I wanted in a car, took me out to test drive those cars, and found the color I really wanted. Marc was patient with me and gave me the space to process everything at my own pace. When it came time for me to make my decision to buy, he was ready, and moved at the speed of lightning to make it happen. All in all, it was an easy, no-pressure, but very thorough experience, and so far I'm lovin' my new car. Thanks Marc.

My salesman, Marc Debenedictis, was the best car salesman
My salesman, Marc Debenedictis, was the best car salesman I ever dealt with over my 40 years as f buying new cars. He was not only extremely knowledgeable about Subarus, but he followed up with me before and after taking delivery of my new car. My family has been working with Marc for years and I would recommend him to everyone looking for a Subaru!

Didn’t receive a computer generated copy of repairs
Didn’t receive a computer generated copy of repairs estimate. Did not receive multi point inspection. Hand written estimate was not detailed to parts and labor cost (no breakdown of parts cost verses labor cost.) I did ask for a breakdown!
