Good service. Fast. Customer service could be better. Men at the front desk are not very welcoming. When I walk through the doors I hate feeling as if I am imposing on them. Otherwise I love coming to victory even though we have purchased from Bob Allen. Victory is like a neighborhood service station. I would love to feel more welcomed.

I was bummed out, due to a personal loss. Karley was very friendly, kind and professional. She offered and I accepted, a ride back to the dealership. Because of her professionalism, I have decided to stay with Ford. My Dad bought mostly Ford, and they have managed to serve me well. Keep up the good work.
