As usual Nancy made my service call a breeze. This time I waited in the lounge and felt very comfortable. Nancy had the car ready, washed and perfect. Thank you!

Siempre que nesecito un servicio en sterling KIA pregunto por MS NANCY Me gusta mucho como ella me ayuda. El trato que ella sabe dar. Y el tiempo que ella toma para explicar todo con mucha paciencia. Y sobretodo que ella habla Español!!

Nancy was outstanding in getting my car in at my appointment time and it was finished within the time frame she gave me. My overall experience at this dealership has been since we bought our 25 Sportage the last of February.

Had my car serviced here. Overall a fair to good experience. I also had some recall issues taken care of at the same time. Scheduling this took way longer than expected. I also had them take a look at why my windshield wiper sprayer wasn’t working. I believe they didn’t take a serious look at this and wanted me to bring it back for a diagnostic review at $195/hour for an estimated 2 hours. I previously had them repair this issue which was successful but now they wanted to do diagnostic testing first then repair. Seems like they already know the problem but wanted to make money by charging for diagnostic testing.

nancy thanks for getting my car service despite having no appointment I got stuck here and need oil change in order to travel back home she did her best to get it done despite tight schedule I appreciate also for keeping me updated when in service
