I read the reviews that were on CarGurus, which Is where I found a 2024 Toyota Camry SE. From the 1 star reviews, I was apprehensive about buying from Texan Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. After buying the car, I don’t understand why those reviewers had such terrible experiences. Maybe it’s because I was so fortunate to have Jim Clipson as my sales consultant. He gave 100% customer service. He was patient when repeating things that my mother and I did not understand or forgot. The owners manual was missing, but Jim searched until he found one for me. That way, I didn’t have to buy it then get reimbursed from the dealership. Also, I don’t like the look of black hubcaps on black wheels. So Jim removed the plastic black hubcap covers. I asked for $1000 to be taken off the selling price. He tried very hard, but management wouldn’t approve it. However, they did reduce the price by a few hundred dollars. The financial consultant was very easy to work with as well. Jim gave me his personal cell phone number and provided excellent communication. The entire buying experience was pleasant. I love my “new” used car. The dealership is over an hour away from my home, but it was definitely worth the trip. For anyone shopping for a vehicle there, I strongly recommend you ask for Jim Clipson. He has many sales awards on his desk, and he deserves every one of them.

Palisade We purchased a 2026 Hyundai Palisade from ALM Hyundai of Florence on June 15, 2026. Worked the entire deal over the phone and via text. I might add a fantastic deal. They gave me a very good deal on my trade in and I basically drove up from Charleston to test drive and finish the paperwork. My sales representative Christena Prones was so customer focused. She also knew the Palisade and its features and functions. She also knew Apple and Android phones which she also set up for us. I have a local dealer near me but it was well worth the drive to save money and leave happy after purchasing a new vehicle. We got 29 miles to the gallon on our trip back home! However, I am giving 5 stars because there were two people that made the experience that good; our salesperson, Sommer, and the GM, Harmon. These two went above and beyond to answer questions and make us feel like our business was important to them. I highly recommend visiting the dealership to purchase from Sommer. She never pressured us or made me question whether she would just say whatever I wanted to hear to buy a car. She was honest, polite, and helpful. That is something that most salespeople lack greatly. Harmon assisted in the finalizing of the deal by being genuinely helpful during trade in process and answering all of our questions accurately about fees and taxes that appear on the buyers order. He eliminated the tricks and nonsense that many dealers do to grab a few extra bucks during the buying process. Thank you, Sommer and Harmon.
