My wife and I have both purchased our vehicles from East

My wife and I have both purchased our vehicles from East Tennessee Ford, the sales associates have been phenomenal every time. I recently needed a part fixed on my F250 that I attempted to have serviced at Ford of Cookeville, there service was awful and sent me packing. East Tennessee ford’s service was able to fix my issue without hassle. My only negative was my wife’s recent purchase of a 2025 explorer came with a “full detail” it was negotiated with our sales associate to have my F250 receive this “full detail”. When I receive my vehicle back I was amazed with how little this “full detail” provided, floors were full of dog hair, no attempts at cleaning the windshield, side mirrors full of bugs, this was merely a wash of the outside but even that was lack luster. East Tennessee Ford has been great however don’t fall for the “full detail” that is offered.

We arrived at appointment time.

We arrived at appointment time. Our truck was immediately taken in . We were directed to a nice lounge while they inspected our vehicle. When they had finished, we were informed that we needed a part and that it would be ordered. The approximate dated for the part to arrive was given. We are to contact them around that date and get the appointment set up to have it installed. We were very pleased with the friendliness of the staff. I believe the service representative was named Will.

I was very impressed with this dealership!

I was very impressed with this dealership! They went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the car I wanted. Scout Davenport was an awesome salesman. He went way above and beyond what I’ve experienced before. They even traded a car with another dealership so I could get the car I wanted. DO not, I repeat DO NOT Go to the Ford dealership in Cookeville. They tried to cheat me on the value of my car as a trade-in. Told me incorrect information and were extremely high pressure sales. Stay local, The dealership I would have to say gets a 10 star rating!!!

Great service!

Great service! Salesman was very helpful. Fair trade in for my old vehicle. I would recommend ETF to anyone looking to replace their old vehicle.

Tyler was an awesome salesman - genuinely a nice guy. The rest of the staff were pleasant and helpful. I’m inclined to use this dealership again in the future.

Car was overheating periodically and somewhat

Car was overheating periodically and somewhat unpredictability. Checked all things that could cause and concluded that slight low coolant could be cause and verified no leaks in system so good to go. No problems since.

The service department was thorough and swift with my maintenance request. My Fusion's remote start, door entry code request, and tire valve replacement was completed, along with a vehicle inspection, in under 2 hours. 👍👍👍
