My car computer was failing.

My car computer was failing. I went into great detail of why I thought it was failing. They basically did a load test and a few other things. Within a day or two the computer almost completely failed. The dealer did nothing to address this and my understanding and it's less than $1,000 to fix the issue they charged me $400 for $300 to do almost nothing.

Very aggressive and rude and did not honor price on paper

Very aggressive and rude and did not honor price on paper when we agreed to buy car. Then went to get windows tinted and the car had several deep dents and when I addressed it with him he got a major attitude and had them put touch up paint on the completely chipped dents and then when I said this was not right he said he did not care and there was nothing he could do. We ended up returning the car and working with Jan and Luis and getting everything worked out they were phenomenal

Aldo Padilla was awesome.

Aldo Padilla was awesome. He was very professional. He was Super helpful he answered all my questions and showed us the SUV I really wanted. I drove home driving in my new SUV. I couldn't be happier

Installed a seat belt but didn't check work to see if it

Installed a seat belt but didn't check work to see if it worked. Had to return and was told they ordered a right one instead of left. That was reason it wasn't working although I mentioned it worked when you used it on center receptacle. Somehow it was fixed by mechanic and now works.
