I was helped from the moment I arrived.
I was helped from the moment I arrived. There was a few sales rep standing outside who were kind and helpful. Luis Alvarado assisted me through out the day; he was friendly and knowledgeable. Over all it was a good experience.

I was scheduled for an appointment with Tony Montez.
I was scheduled for an appointment with Tony Montez. He told me I qualified for a lower pay for my car. I went to the appointment he only spoke to me for 5 minutes then he took me to someone else and they said that they made a mistake and I didn't qualify.
