Customer service mindset needs to be improving also service after selling it badly no one wants to help or answer any questions customers have. It makes customers think this is first and last time to buy car from this dealership.

Blair was great and so was However, when I got to the signing table all the numbers were wrong. I could have signed for nearly 5k more than agreed upon. I thought this was extremely unprofessional and worrisome. Many people may not have not noticed the numbers being wrong or been afraid to speak up. Luckily I did and after 3 attempts of trying to correct them, they were finally right. Whether this was an accident or not it is scary and makes me not trust the dealership or put any faith in them.
