Service managers cursing, throwing water bottles.
Service managers cursing, throwing water bottles. The absurd line of questions regarding my steering wheel that has defective discoloration, then not knowing I was within range of hearing laughing at me regarding one of the questions and lastly I had asked for a courtesy wash. The tech drives my car out with windows down so they were not dried, the courtesy was pointless. Once my steering wheel is replaced I will find a different dealership. They also took 3 hrs to check my air in tires and decide defective wheel.

I requested to check transmission also regarding issue on
I requested to check transmission also regarding issue on 3er and 4th gear slip for diagnostic and check TCM updates and they didn’t. After repairing in another shop what Toyota suggested still doing the same thing.

Rick was very knowledgeable on the vehicle.
Rick was very knowledgeable on the vehicle. He was personable and I felt like I’ve know him all my life. Easy to work with made me feel comfortable to make a purchase of that size. I didn’t feel pressured at all. If all sales rep had Rick demeanor and personality I am sure DW Toyotas sales volume would increase by 20%
