Dealership was efficient and thorough.

Dealership was efficient and thorough. Luis was a great salesman and was great with communication and service. The only issue is the $2200 dealer add-ons that could not be avoided but still better than other local Toyota dealers

Great experience from start to finish.

Great experience from start to finish. Busy day after Thanksgiving and they still got us in and out with the deal promised over the phone. Whole staff was great, especially Vinny and Jonathan! I highly recommend this dealership!

Told my mom to in for oil change for me and she got

Told my mom to in for oil change for me and she got rejected since my car is done with warranty. They told her to go elsewhere or Walmart. She then left and called me questioning what happened and i told her that shouldn't happen. I then called to confirm that that's all a lie and they were just trying to upsell her on another warranty. Definitely not the way to go about things and horrible customer service...! Especially since we've bought a few cars over the year from the SAME dealership. This isn't the only bad experience here with the service department. David Wilson is getting worse by the time

Went to this particular dealership on the recommendation of a family friend . I was not disappointed . Everyone made themselves available and made a very difficult decision a lot easier . The Williams family will be customers for life ! Thank you so much for!
