I want to say how impressed I was with the attitude and responsiveness of Teresa- a internet Sales manager-at this dealership. I saw a beautiful Mercedes online on Sunday Morning and reached out for more information. I was so surprised that within 2 minutes a received a call from a real 'live person' not a text message. I am from the old school value of being able to speak to a human being not a AI text message bot. So I was vey happy. Since I live in North Scottsdale, Arizona ,I am surrounded by luxury car dealership so when I went to pick up my Mercedes on Tuesday at this dealership in Las Vegas , I must say I was treated very well by Teresa and Edgar ( the Finance Manger) . I would recommend this dealership to everyone . They know how to give Excellent Customer Service . They also will go above and beyond to solve any issues to make sure you can get your desired vehicle. I am very happy with my purchase and I have no regrets. Happy Car Shopping!!!'
