Went for an oil change and tire rotation after 2 hours

Went for an oil change and tire rotation after 2 hours the was done I mark the tires before I went to see if the tire rotation was done but they were the same never been touch talk the chuck all he said Damm that’s not good if I want to bring it back it he will only charge me $35 now that’s a joke I own three auto mechanic shops never charged for a tire rotation ever time I take my 2022 highlander never satisfied in the service

I took my truck in for the 10k miles service.

I took my truck in for the 10k miles service. The driver who took me home was on the phone all the time not paying attention on the road, the tech also forgot to put one of my wheel lugnuts on my front passenger side of the truck

bad customer service.

bad customer service. we first arrived and the manager was attending us, but decided to help the person who got there after us leaving my dad and i with no help. Gabriel was the best part of our visit. Great customer service from him only! EJ forgot to give cashier our paperwork, so who knows how much longer we would have had to wait unless it was for my dad who went to go get an update directly from him. Cashier wouldn’t apply my coupon unless advisor redid all of the paperwork all over again. Didn’t have time to keep waiting for him since he was already with another customer. She directly handed me the papers to give to him, when she could have done that herself knowing how frustrated I already was. Terrible location with bad service. Also, no Spanish speaking advisors.. not good.

Horrible experience with rep.

Horrible experience with rep. He advised me my 75k service was due and I told him I did it at the Henderson Toyota where i normally get all my service done, but I came here due to the convenience on how close it was. Well, his attitude change after i asked if he can look up and see what all i did on my last service. He than told me he wasn't able to. I felt like he was upset so I asked him if they got commission based pay per service and he with a big attitude said yes all dealers pay commission based. So I said that's why you seem upset. I decided to just do my oil change and Nothing else with your shop. As soon as I got car from your shop I than took it right to Toyota in Henderson and completed the rest of my service. Needless to say I will not be going back to your shop. And sticking with Henderson Toyota. Also I asked for a shuttle back and he said they would have me in and out before I'd need one. And that was not the case the service took 2.5 hours and I decided to uber hoke instead of waste more time at your shop. Very poor customer service.

I never onced asked him for a discount. I asked him to look at what i did on my last service and his dimmer changed. If that is what they are telling you, than you have a bigger problem not just a customers service or customer retention problem.

Always quick and you know everyone knows what they are doing. This place is run right, everyone is so friendly and helpful. Service was quick and easy to get things going
