Worked with Rick initially.

Worked with Rick initially. Put a deposit down for a Sienna that was allocated but due end of November. Rick went above and beyond to let me know that a Sienna that I wanted got dropped off from corporate due to a Toyota convention being held. I couldn't make it that day (Thursday) but made the magic happen and was able to hold it for me till Monday. Luckily I was able to come in on Saturday. Worked with Jonathan this time around because Rick had other appointments. Glad to say I left with the Sienna I wanted all thanks to Rick.

Service manager Chuck was personable and listened carefully to me about what I wanted and needed to be done to my car. The mechanics got right to my car and had it ready much sooner than I had expected.
