En el ano 2017 cuando Adquiri el Corolla "HABLE" de hacer

En el ano 2017 cuando Adquiri el Corolla "HABLE" de hacer un Lease y me dijeron que tenia que TENER 700 y tantos puntos de Credito (no recuerdo el tanto) y ahora me lo hacen con solo 688 y me PROMETIERON un Cheque de $5000.00 y me dieron uno de $4000.00. NO ENTIENDO ESTO de los puntos y el Lease y mucho menos lo del CHEQUE.

I TOOK MY CAR BACK 3 TIMES SPENT 1600$ ALL FOR THEM TO LATER NOT FIX MY CAR AND TELL ME WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. NO REIMBURSEMENT NO NOTHING. I HAD TO COME OUT OF POCKET FOR A RENTAL CAR THAT THIS COMPANY DOES NOT PROVIDE NOT EVEN A LONER CAR. I WILL BE FILING SOME TYPE OF CLAIM

Lafresha, We're disappointed that you are dissatisfied. We let you know that after the repair was completed, more testing would be required in order for us to determine if any other damage was done by the overheating issue that brought you in for this repair. You approved this repair but declined further testing. Since then you've driven your vehicle to California and back and had two overheating issues. This could have been avoided had you allowed us to do these tests after the repairs were completed. It's because of this that we have chosen not to cover the cost of a rental vehicle. Took my truck for oil change.

Took my truck for oil change. I’m the past they always check tires, brakes, wipers etc. This time none of that was done.
