I arrived about 20 minutes early for my appointment.

I arrived about 20 minutes early for my appointment. I had no problem turning my car in. Dan came and did the paperwork. He he told me that it would would probably take all day or the next day to complete. I asked for shuttle service to an address other than my home. He agreed and said that he would call me to let me know if the car needed to stay overnight. Well he didn’t call me, so I called him around five pm. He started that he didn’t call me because he had already told me that I knew that it would be staying over night. I told him that he stated that it would probably have to stay overnight. Then he was surprised that the Toyota shuttle didn’t take me home. I had to take Lyft home. Needless to say I was very frustrated. The following day the Toyota shuttle picked me up and I got my car.

Very poor service, although the service tech was

Very poor service, although the service tech was courteous I was informed that the car will be ready in one our just for oil change. I arrived at 9:45 AM and Left at 12:30 PM I kept asking about my car and they said they think it is in the car wash :(
