IF I COULD I WOULD RATE THIS PLACE A 0 STARS. WORST DEALERSHIP I EVER DEALT WITH!!! THEY DID NOT COMMUNICATE WITH ME AND WERE NOT TRANSPARENT WITH ME AT ALL. THEY THREATENED TO TAKE MY CAR AWAY FROM ME WITHOUT TELLING ME A VALID REASON!!!! THE SALES GUY TOLD ME I NEED TO PICK UP MY EDRS OR THEYRE GOING TO TAKE MY CAR!!! MADE NO SENSE AND COME TO FIND OUT THE TOYOTA FINANCIAL SERVICES DID NOT APPROVE ME, AND DAVID WILSON TOYOTA THEY MESSED UP ON THEIR END. WHEN I CALL THEM TO HELP ME OUT THEIR WHOLE STAFF IS SO RUDE!!!! RYAN MILLER IS THE WORST SALESMAN AS WELL!!!! I REGRET SIGNING AND EVERY MINUTE I SPEND AT DAVID WILSON TOYOTA!!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYBODY HERE.

The Service center is usually very efficiently run.
The Service center is usually very efficiently run. When you have an appointment, it helps make things go pretty smoothly. Drop off and pick up is very easy, but I miss the wash they used to give your car.

3 star was given for the the 1st half of my visit and service at Wilson Toyota. The ball was dropped at the end as I waited over 25 minutes to get my car. I saw 2-3 other customers get their car after I’ve been waiting. I went to car porter and reminded him I’ve been here 20 minutes now. He was wearing a floppy hat other gentleman was wearing tattooed fake sleeves on arms. No problem we will get it. No sorry for wait/wasting my time. 10 minutes and 1 other customer got their car. Car comes and the tattoo guy never looked at me no sorry just pulled out the plastic and floor protector and threw it I think a little harder than normal like I was bugging him. Unfortunately all good until this. If they would have been a little just a little apologetic would have went a long way. Keep in mind the dealership is more expensive on oil change and it’s 1 -1/2 hour to wait I can go to so many places to get faster and less charge on oil change.. Darlene Moreloock was great helping me.

Excellent team here at David Wilson’s Toyota of Las Vegas. This was the best experience I’ve had when purchasing a vehicle. They answered all questions I had, and we’re very patient in making sure I had all the information I needed before making a decision. I will also add, best price in town hands down! After a lot of time and research, you can’t beat it. This allowed me to just focus on how excited I was to get my new truck. I highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!
