I've been buying vehicles for many years now. I purchased my first car at age 18 and I'm now 43. But I can't remember an experience even close to the one I've had with Volkswagen of Marion. John Reed is the best sales associate I've ever had, bar none. He was straight forward and honest with me from the beginning. He got us a great deal on our Jetta. And he didn't stop helping me once he got the sale. Over a year later, he has still kept in contact with me and I don't think I'll buy a car from anyone else. And this dealership has been better than I ever expected. The service department has been excellent with my service appointments and I've never had one complaint.
