Rip-off. Cost over 1K total to get front headlight working. Died 3 months later. Said would be about 2.4K to get working because moisture broke through the seal that they installed. Was told it was their mechanic's poor work. Will eventually sue if Northtown Lexus won't repair their mistake. Never again

** PLEASE READ**BUYER BEWARE** Unfortunately, I have to update my previous review of 5 stars. I would rate NORTHTOWN LEXUS with ZERO stars. 3 months after I purchased my 2019 Lexus ES 350 (15k mileage) I brought it to a certified Lexus dealer in Rochester, NY for a fuel pump recall and I also asked them to check the rear tires because they seemed very low compared to the front tires. During that time the mechanic found that “ Both rear tire treads are extremely low (2/32) and both are bald on inside edge. Will likely have cords exposed soon.” After mentioning this to Tom, Greg and the dealership manager, David Dipasquale they told me the treads had 6/32 on all 4 tires when I bought it. I have only drove 1900 miles since my purchase and I don’t understand how I already need 2 new rear tires. They could not answer but only make an excuse and blame the snow. They told me that spinning in the snow can cause excess wear. They must have forgot we had a pretty mild January with little to no snow. David also proceeded to tell me that the mechanic at Rochester dealership is incompetent and that he didn’t believe the mechanics measurements were accurate at 2/32. I offered to show David paperwork but he insisted I drive to Buffalo with unsafe rear tires not only risking my safety but a huge inconvenience as well. I have already driven back to Buffalo in February for a different issues and I don’t want to add the unnecessary mileage. I have zero trust in David or anyone from Northtown Lexus, would you? This was the first and will be the only time I do business with Northtown Lexus unless they have NEW management that cares about customer experience and isn’t looking for a quick sale. It’s all about building relationships and David and his team are not interested in doing that.

I couldn't be more pleased with Northtown and Dana Romeo. Dana quickly understood that I knew exactly what I wanted and didn't try to talk me into anything else. She had all the information I needed right at her fingertips. She didn't waste a second of my time and made the whole experience not just painless but downright pleasant. Till now, I'd never had such a good experience buying a car. Thank you, Dana.

Absolutely great. I knew exactly what I wanted, and Dana Romeo made it happen with no fuss and no bother. She made no attempt to talk me into things I already knew I didn't want, unlike the sales staff at Dorschel Lexus in Rochester (which is why I had taken my business to Buffalo in the first place). She was thoroughly familiar with the cars and the options (again, unlike the staff at Dorschel). All of the information I needed was right at her fingertips. She made the entire experience absolutely painless, easy, quick and satisfying. I couldn't have asked for better.

I met a lovely female sales rep on a Saturday who asked if i could schedule an apt. to chat more about a Lexus SUV purchase I was interested in. I respected the process and dutifully made a so called appointment. As a busy entrepreneur myself I purposely moved my scheduled around to make this (what I thought) was a commitment to meet at a designated time. When I got there i was informed that she was out with a customer and had no idea as to when she'd be back. No message left at the front desk, nothing. Weird, I thought that was until I spoke to the manager who repeated that she was out with a customer which apparently as I woman I was not??!! Hey Lexus, 1950 wants there vehicle buyer mindset back. I ended up driving to Rochester to buy my vehicle where the experience was completely different. Frankly i would have driven to Alaska before i gave these guys business . Northtown Lexus, your selling cars, not curing cancer. Your just not that important. lost a customer for life

Went into Lexus just to look and ended up buying my dream car. I was impressed not only by their cars but their customer service as well. Dana was fantastic to work with. Their staff is both knowledgeable and friendly, without the pushiness I dealt with at other local dealerships. The whole buying experience was easy from start to finish and I’m thoroughly enjoying my new car.
