Very clean premises and professional service.

Very clean premises and professional service. I went in not very sure of what car to get but thanks to the impecable customer service of Frank L I got a very nice car. He was knowledgeable, respectful, patient, and very helpful 👏🏼😊! I give him 5⭐️!!

I contacted Kendall Toyota about a used car on their lot.

I contacted Kendall Toyota about a used car on their lot. Will M. responded to my questions and was condescending. As is commons with many politicians, he intentionally did not answer my actual question but different question with the intention of misleading me. I then spoke with his supervisor Jason W. Jason likes to talk on and on and using the tactic of mixing many small misrepresentations and unnecessary information into a long monologue. You have to interrupt many times or listen to him drone on and on with many lies and truths blended together to obscure the truth and making it very difficult to correct all the misrepresentations in his monologue. Taking a complaint about shady behavior to the manager will simply waste more of your time.

I appreciate when they prove my point. They responded with a generic cut and paste response that does not address any specific issue I had. These people are the worst clowns and when I talked to the manager he told me he didn't know what I was talking about with regard to many auto industry sales resources and information. He is lying, has no idea what he is doing, or most likely, a bit of both. Steer clear of these clowns if at all possible.

!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP !!! Here are the facts: I was sold a brand new 2023 Toyota Tundra that had a defective transmission. They would not acknowledge it until I called corporate and went above their head. I was promised a replacement truck, that never happened. Then I was promised a warranty. That never happened. Meanwhile, they messed up my paper work and tried to get me to pay a higher interest rate the next month. Jason Wilkinson is the GM and he is one of the most unprofessional human beings i've ever dealt with. He will lie and snake you at every corner. Do not trust this man at any point in time. I am dead serious. I will never buy another Toyota again, this dealership has completely turned me off from the brand. Please trust me and take your business elsewhere, THEY DO NOT DESERVE IT. 0/10 grimey practices.

Such a positive experience!

Best car buying experience I have ever had. Will be contacting Erica Cardwell for all my future vehicle needs. She knows the vehicles extremely well, and took the time to go over every feature and detail with me, some multiple times!

Great service from Brian Smith

I contacted Brian Smith in late January 2023 looking for a specific 2023 RAV4 - after contacting seven other Toyota dealers in Oregon. I ordered the one I wanted to purchase, made a deposit and Brian kept me updated for the next six weeks about the arrival of the car at the dealer. I appreciated his clear communication and working with him through this car buying process. Thanks Brian!

Might be the worst buying experience I've ever been a part of...after negotiating a deal from 4 hours away, asking to put down a deposit, while Ryan takes two days off (everyone deserves days off) without telling me he had two days off, then assigning it to another salesperson, Lacey, who was "too busy to reach out to me," they sold the vehicle right out from under me...All while I included the internet sales manager in the communication and he couldn't reach out...Haven't heard from them since? Awesome when it's all about your pocketbook and not about the customer, thanks!

Called twice, 4 days ago, left a message, and no return call. Doesn’t seem he “would really like to speak with” me? No wonder the sales people can’t communicate, it appears to come from the top.
