Great Experience from beginning to the drive home! I live in Cleveland, and the car was in Chicago. I saw the car originally on eBay. Jasin was responsive, professional, and detailed. I flew in with my daughter and met Jasin to see the car. It was detailed perfectly. The condition of the car was pristine. It was virtually perfect for a 5-year-old car with 27k miles. While I was at their showroom, I also took the liberty of looking at several other cars they had for sale. I can tell you if I-Cars Chicago has anything for sale. It is nice, clean, and in good condition. The sales process was quick and easy. I was in and out of their offices in under 30 minutes. iCars is a physical location with a Big show room and lots of cars and a large mechanic shop as well so if you're looking online you can be confident you're dealing with a real business in a real location I flew to Chicago to pick up a Jaguar took a Uber got reimbursed for the ride Barry the owner worked with me to learn about the car close the deal and was very professional helpful and is truly a likable guy and gave me a lot of confidence I drove the car back to California over a period of 7 days and have had no problems so I give high marks and a strong recommendation to Barry and icars

I found this place on google after searching for a new car for me to buy. Fortunately, the last car I bought for $17,300 was totaled (minor fender bender but airbags went off) and valued at $19,200 by insurance, meaning I had a good chunk towards a different car. I emailed Jasin about this 2016 X5 50i since it caught my eye with all of the packages and features it has and I got a reply within 25 minutes of doing so. The process was made very simple and to the point which I appreciate. When I get to Skokie he had everything already signed on his end so all I had to do was sign my parts, and after the test drive and some small talk about the car, I bought it and was in and out of the dealership within 45 minutes. The car is extremely clean and inside and out and there is zero issues with it. If anyone is looking to get a car without all of the hassle I highly recommend iCars Chicago. I’m very happy with my purchase
