If you're looking for a vehicle at a decent rate and a fair APR, then keep on going..this is not that place. Regardless of the vehicle you were interested in Alex will most likely push you into a vehicle cost more than you wish with just as insane monthly payments and claim that its the only vehicle you can be financed in. Said vehicle is going to be one you haven't even seen or driven or looked at at all. From his constant questioning "IF i get you financed today will you drive a car off the lot today?," coupled with lies about it basically being too late to get out of the deal at this point (when it's still a stack of unsigned papers), to misleading you through the various bogus add ons (that you will find out you don't really need-theyre optional), and him taking your downpayment--you will feel trapped and forced into whatever car he has chosen for you. He's only pleasant until he recieves your money at which point he can be come aggressive, persistent, and relentless with absolutely no respect for the peoples names you've provided for them during signing (careful who you put he'll annoy them all-starting the day after you take the car). Also be very cautious, Alex engages in what is called dealer fraud by not selling a vehicle at the lowest advertised price as the law requires but at a price that he deicdes it will be. For example, the vehicle he selected for me was advertised 13995 but he sold it to me for 15k. then added a bunch of garbage on top (which the majority of your downpayment will pay for..none of your downpayment will likely go towards the principal or interest of your loan-just the garbage). They also have no qualms violating CA law that allows a seller to request a vehicle be returned within 10 days of signing. They'll without hesitation commit grand theft auto and repossess your vehicle then they along with the two locations in Merced will claim they know nothing or what to do about your stolen vehicle that you have to contact the 3rd party repo company . However, there is no 3rd party ...they are the repo company. If you have to get a vehicle here just be very cautious about what you keep in the vehicle as they aren't very professional when it comes to protecting your belongings when they repo the vehicle. I had to file a police report and will likely have to sue them for missing items. Not worth the headache.

I HATE Auto Resources with a passion. They are the worst, and the reviews don't lie. They are the typical scummy cars salesman you see in the movie who will try to rip you off. I talked to Candido Estrada and he gave me one quote for my car and then when I went in, he tried to give a different number for my car, saying that there was a lot of dings and dents on it and that it didn't drive right. They tried to offer me less than what they said they would me. I told him to go eat xxxx and I left. I will never come back here again. Stay Away from this scam of a place.

Save your money, the stress you don’t need, the money and energy these people are scammers and only care about the cash you give them and finance check on your behalf meanwhile your stuck with a PIECE OF CRAP car! Go elsewhereeeeeee

No help and you guys scammed me! Especially Alex I’ve had issues with the Kia he sold me from the first month until now great way to wash your hands and say it’s been too long issues are getting worse it’s a Defective car !!!!!!

Yes I got my car repossessed by the used car dealership where I got my truck at and when they came to get my truck I complied with them and gave them the keys and they told me I can leave my stuff in the truck because they were going to try to give me the truck back because they didn’t want it so he said they were going to find me another bank to do my payments so when I went to the dealership I went to the front desk and they told me a whole different story and that I have to pay the Down payment again which was 4,000 dollars I didn’t have that kind of money I used it all for the first down payment and so I just said I want my stuff out the truck I couldn’t afford another down payment so when I requested to get my belongings they said the truck wasn’t there so I left then I came back again and still nothing and the 3rd time the guy who repoed the truck I texted him a lot of times to see where the truck was at so I can get my belongings and he told me where it was at and I went to that dealership and by then the truck was already cleaned out and on the lot for sale already and I went to the front desk and they said to go to the service area that my stuff would be there so I did and the guys in the service area couldn’t find my things they said someone must of threw my stuff away so now they said they are not responsible for those things getting thrown away I told them they were because of what they told me and what kind of dealership throws peoples belongings away not even giving them a phone call or anything that they are cleaning out my belongings which had my government ID my Debit card and other belongings I paid a lot of money for I need help on what I should do please this isn’t right of what they did and I’m not the only complaint they had before I regret getting this truck there

They are more helpful i would recommend everyone to buy from them they work with you to the best. People go get your now car.

Customer service was excellent. Got me approved and in a truck that met all mine and the misses requirements. Even with our not so perfect credit score got an amazing deal at really great rates. Moe, even though we had a crying baby, and my dyslexia with the numbers was patient and courteous. Definitely recommend the guy. They even put mickey on the tv for the children. Overall, great day experience and definitely recommend them.

We bought a car from them , they told us nothing was wrong with the car and guaranteed to fix anything within the 30 days . They lied they are very argumentative when pointing out there bad service . Do not buy a car from these guys , to me they seemed shady, seems like they are a bunch of crooks and only out to make money . Knowing they are selling cars that are gonna give problems within days of purchasing.

These guys are only out for there pocket. They don't care about getting you the best deal for you and your family. And the sales guys are stealing each other's customers it's just bad business.

Not profesional they came to pick up my husband Carr so unprofessional they told him to get the xxxx out of the Carr and yet won’t return him the truck he gave as a down they come with a child and a women like 4 guys and yet when calling the dealer they act stupid and won’t show there face but yet they come in a group to my property snatch the Carr keys and won’t give our house key and this place worse ever
