Mike Tessen and Justin Sutton are some of the worst managers I have ever experienced in my life. I expect as a customer to come in and have a pleasurable experience when getting my vehicle serviced. But those two constantly harping on employees that work at the import store.

I attempted to purchase a 2022 Jeep Cherokee limited with
I attempted to purchase a 2022 Jeep Cherokee limited with all cash from BMW/Audi of Bend Oregon I decided to post my experience buy posting the e-mail I send then this morning 1/17/2024 I have decided not to buy this jeep Cherokee because. The local jeep Dealer will sale me a new jeep and the same exact car for the same price. It makes no sense to buy a two old jeep for the same money. Also in the process of trying to buy this car I have been ignored stalled. When I first inquired about this car I waiting for three days to here back from you salesperson I call again to make en offer on the car the salesperson said the price listed is the only price for the car even though the Kelley blue book highest price value for this car was 2000.00 below the asking price. even though I offered 1000. less for the car again I waited two more days then I called back and was told that my offer was accepted and that I would be getting sale agreement buy E-mail very shortly But after waiting another day I call back twice to see why had not received the sale agreement. Finally, after another two days I got a invoice with an additional 336.00 added to the piece. I have no doubt that the dealership was stalling me to see if they could get another buy to pay too much for this car. And especially after L saw the list price was lowered for Les then my offer and after my offer was accepted and I was waiting for the dealership to send me the sale agreement. I am going to share my experience on the internet. This kind of business practice is wrong and pubic needs to know what to expect from BMW-Audi dealership.

Very nice people, obscene add-on charges and too low a
Very nice people, obscene add-on charges and too low a trade in offer for my car. They wanted to add over $13K in additional charges for paint protection and extended warranty, so the actual price they wanted for the car was $52K, not $39K. Same sleazy bait & switch dealerships love to pull. They made no attempt to negotiate on my car’s value nor their insane add on charges. Would not recommend. I expected more from an Audi dealer, but unfortunately Kendall Auto Group is known for this. The good news is, I still have all my money!

So happy with the no pressure service and taking the extra time to make sure we made the right decision. Mike really went the extra mile for us. In the end we ended up with the right vehicle for us. Poor customer service at the Manager level
UPDATE A different sales manager did attempt to resolve my issues but did not follow thru. So i took my business to the valley. We pick up our new car on Tuesday. Sales folks were great very helpful. As soon as the deal moved to figuring our my trade the sales manager low balled my trade by at least 12k and when our sales guy took it back he raised his offer by $500. A 2016 f350 crewcab diesel 4wd lariat with 30k miles Is worth 42k LOL

Very smooth transaction. Arrived at price over the phone. Drove the 3 hrs to Bendm viewed the car, they checked out my trade and I was on my way back to Portland in 2 hours.

The very best car buying experience ever
Let me start by saying we have been going to Audi in Bend now for well over 6 years with the intention of purchasing a new Audi. On our first visit to Audi, in Bend, we met with Kathy. Kathy is a professional when it comes to sales, though we did not purchase at that time, it was because of Kathy that we made the repeat visits year after year. We live in Medford, Oregon, which is about a 3 hour commute to Bend, so yes, we were serious about purchasing from Audi in Bend at some time. When we came to Bend this time, my wife had just lost her mother, and 7 months prior to that she had lost her father. She was in an emotional state and certainly not ready to make a purchase, however we did test drive an Audi Q5 and honestly we were close to making the purchase that day. We instead opted out and made the commute back to Medford. After deliberating over the car on the way home we decided if Caelin , the manager would give us a bit more off we would purchase the car. Stefan Wutte called us the following day with news that Caelin was going to reduce the price of the car ...to exactly what we were looking to spend. We made our return trip to purchase our new Q5. It was a special order that was not picked up, with the black out package it was exactly what we were looking for. The purchasing experience was the very best that I have ever experienced in my many years of car buying. Stefan Wutte, though very new at sales was excellent in his communications with us. David Koff is the Audi Technologist...the tech geek. He is amazing and truly knows the Audi inside and out. Pat Knifin the finance manager was great, he made the usual offers that F&I make and we made the appropriate choices based on our realistic needs. Chris Root and Mr. Caelin were professional on every level. If you are looking for a great buying experience with absolutely no pressure, then I advise you to seek out Audi, in Bend. It is a long drive, but worth every bit of the drive. While you are in Bend, you can certainly enjoy the Mill district with fantastic restaurants and a wonderful walk along the river. No matter what part of the state you live in, a drive to Bend to make your next new or used car purchase is certainly worth the time. Again, I want to thank Kathy, Stefan Wutte, David Koff, Caelin, Chris Root and Pat Kniffin for making this such a pleasurable experience for the Wright family. And, thank you for your patience with us, it took us several years to make up our mind, but you made the time very well worth it.

Just bought a very lovely 2018 Audi Q5 and I couldn't be happier. I worked w/Jordan and he was absolutely stellar to work with. I was looking around town at different dealerships and he was so patient and helpful. We finally met up and he showed me the car I wanted at the price I wanted to spend. There was absolutely no pressure to buy a newer, more expensive car. Once I decided on the car I wanted the buying experience was very casual and not stressful at all. I negotiated w/the sales manager Kalen and he was so nice and easy going. Everyone I dealt with was an absolute pleasure and I can't stress enough how pleasant my buying experience was. These guys rock and if you buy a car from Audi Bend you will not be disappointed. I highly recommend the dealership and absolutely recommend an Audi.
