Always great service...went in for an oil change and tire...

Always great service...went in for an oil change and tire rotation, wait time was reasonable. Facility is always clean, spacious waiting area with amenities (TV's. , Wi-Fi, light refreshments). The car wash feature is a bonus! Highly recommend this dealership.

Sams demonstration and product knowledge of the rogue was excellent. He was very polite and cognizant of our time during the buying experience. I would recommend and work with Sam again.

We purchased a used vehicle in November 2019. In March...

We purchased a used vehicle in November 2019. In March 2020 we found rust on the vehicle. We asked the sales person, Alex Zevelev, what could be done about this because we certainly would not have purchased the vehicle if we had seen the rust (which was not visible). Alex is a good sales person but not helpful in resolving this issue. During the pandemic not much could be done. In May we spoke with Shane Mahowald who referred us to their outside repair shop. To this day nothing has been resolved after MANY telephone calls. So much for their customer service and their pre-owned car inspection reporting. Mercedes Ridings

Service went quickly. Facility is always clean with nice amenities. Service people are always very polite and cover everything thoroughly. Car wash is a nice feature.

Excellent service! Easy to schedule appointment. Friendly staff! Waiting area is clean with excellent tech available! The location is easy to get to. Would recommend dealer to friends and family.

Always great service. A great place to do business. Comfortable Place to wait hang out while waiting for your is getting serviced. Nissan has a good record for service.

Had a great experience with everyone at EP Nissan. I happened upon the dealership through an online ad, and Kirk followed up with me immediately. He was quick to respond, wasn't pushy or "salesy", he gave me all the information I needed and let me make the decision. Would certainly work with him again in the future.
