I was not looking to buy a car, just waiting for friend who was dropping her vehicle off to be serviced, when Sierra came over to help with coffee machine. Since I had some time I asked if she had any used Acadia’s on the lot that I could look at. She showed me the used vehicle and I was instantly in love. She then showed me a new, comparable Acadia but,in my mind, there was no comparison. Sierra never pressured me but offered to let me drive it for 24hours, got an appraisal for my car as a trade in, and worked up a final cost. I left and said I would have to discuss with my husband. Again, she never pressured me. Several days later I returned with my husband and Sierra treated him as the decision maker. She even helped him to negotiate an additional discount. Of course we purchased the car thanks to Sierra.
