new tires

I purchased new tires for my truck. Excellent value and cheaper than a tire store up the road. Facilities could use a makeover. The mechanic who worked on my truck was very friendly and answered any questions I had.

No pressure and great trade in value.

We had our previous vehicle for many years and the time had come to trade it in. Dealer gave more than generous offer on trade. I am 63 years old and have dealt with many dealers over the years and this was the first time i did not feel pressured in any way. None of the typical games I had experienced in the past. We drove several models and was given plenty of time to privately discuss between my wife and I. I am very pleased with this dealership and look forward to working with their Service Department. The car came with 6 free oil changes and 2 tire rotations . Great Experience

Service Manager "Bill"

I brought my F150 from Parker Ford 10 years ago, Bill has been part of Parker/Riverside Ford for many of these years and I have always been treated like family. I always get what needs to be done, I learned along time ago to listen when Bill said I was due for some type of service. I have over 150,000 miles and have not had one major maintenance issue... With the exception of scheduled service, brakes and tires I've had no surprises this is directly attributed to the care and advice of the service department. All three of my vehicles visit Riverside Ford for service two are Jeeps! not purchased here.

Great vehicle purchasing experience!

I had been looking & searching for a particular vehicle for approximately 6 months. After locating the particular vehicle, I contacted Riverside Ford via email and received an immediate reply from Debbie. Debbie provided me a scanned copy of the Car Fax, vehicle history and more. Upon arrival in New Bern, NC, I was picked up at the airport by Dennis, who was attentive, informative and friendly. Dennis handled all of the sales paperwork and then I was transferred to finance. Another smooth operation. I would like to thank Debbie, Dennis and Sales Manager Chris Biondo for a most enjoyable car buying experience.

Debbie is my hero.

Best over all team I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend them. Debbie put a lot of effort in finding me everything I wanted and more. She is the best.

Great service at a great price!

This is the third time I've taken my Ford Expedition to the service department at Riverside Ford. The first two visits were for maintenance - a 60k mile tune up and routine brake maintenance. After dealing with our local Ford dealership, who wanted to overcharge me $600 for the 60k mile tune up, I was relieved to find a Ford service department that was honest and fair - even if I do have to drive almost an hour to their location. I just dropped my vehicle off this morning because I've been having problems with my a/c - within an hour they've called me with the diagnosis, confirmed that it's covered under my extended warranty, and committed to having everything fixed by tomorrow afternoon. If you're looking for honest, dependable service, go see these guys!

Great Service Department

All 3 of my vehicles are serviced here. I trust the quality of their work, the fair prices and the professionalism and integrity of the staff. They have not yet disappointed!
