Becks auto was very helpful even tho we haven't decided yet on witch car we will buy we haven't seen that type of customer service from a dealership in a while thanks becks auto and the nice very professional human being william lyles for the great customer service

Me and my wife went to becks auto group and had received the best and the most professionalism we have seen and had at a dealer ship in so long mr William lyles showed trustworthy experience respect and honesty gave us the best deal we could be offered I'll get Beck's Auto a 10 out of 10 we will definitely be coming back for our daughter's car thanks becks auto and Mr Williams lyles for the great service

I’ve bought two cars from this dealership over the years, a Honda first and more recently a BMW. Both experiences honestly stood out compared to other places I’ve dealt with. What I appreciated most was how straightforward everything felt. When I bought the Honda, I came in with a ton of questions and probably looked at three different options. The salesperson took the time to walk through the differences, even pulled up the service history and explained the features without making me feel rushed or pressured. When I came back later for the BMW, it felt just as easy. I already knew what I wanted, and they respected that. We did a quick test drive, they answered a few questions I had about maintenance and warranty, and the paperwork process was very fast. I remember thinking on the drive home how smooth the whole thing was. Both times the staff were friendly and transparent. It never felt like a typical stressful car-buying situation—more like working with people who actually wanted to make the process simple. Highly recommend this dealership if you’re looking for an honest and hassle-free experience.

Consumers Don't do what I did I bought a SUV from BECKS Auto in Mason Ohio and it was the WORST car I've ever purchased. Look I have no reason to post this other than to WARN you to NOT make the same mistake I made. The SUV I purchased LOOKED great on the OUTSIDE, WOW was I ever wrong in buying this vehicle.one problem AFTER another including the TRANSMISSION going out in 5 months after purchase. Please DON'T make the same mistake. Remember the salesman DOESN'T SELL you the car the sales manager makes the final decision.I Wished I would have NEVER bought from this dealership, I've regretted every day since.I PRAY 🙏 you don't make the same mistake I made. GOF bless you.
