DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I bought a Ford Transit van from Affordable Auto, and after less than 23 days of having it the transmission failed. Also, the day I drove it home I noticed one headlight was out and reached out for them to fix it. They did but it was the wrong side even though I explained which one exactly it was (I did not catch this in the moment because I did not want to hover while he worked on it), I did not notice until I was 40 mins away, drove back to have them replace the right light and not only did it still not work but he messed with the blinker making it non functional. I did not want to come back, so I YouTubed it myself. A few weeks later, I was cleaning the vehicle and took the drivers side floor mat up and saw the matting/floor had been corroded all the way to rusty metal. I did not think I would have to check that out... Because how does that not get fixed upon inspection? They said THEY replaced the transmission but upon it blowing out they corrected themselves and said it was the past owner. So they lied. This car was obviously not well inspected before selling and not only did they not honor any type of warranty but they offered to send a $300 dollar “goodwill”, but have since opened my messages and stopped replying, ghosting me. They forwarded me to the people who worked on the transmission, who I was told are nice, honorable people, but they were also denying the work it needed, and rude to the shop I took it to, which was very communicative. The transmission is a $6-7,000 job, and Zack, the owner, was short with me over the phone when I told him the transmission went out. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. You will not be happy. They are not reputable people.

Sold me vehicle with bad transmission.. 2 months later engine locked up. They were no help, wanted me to pay for repairs. Very bad service when brought to their attention

In this market things are crazy. I needed a solid daily driver. Affordable Auto had a truck very similar to what I wanted- but it wasn’t exactly what I wanted. It was priced right however. The salesman sat down and listened to what I was hoping to find in a truck. He went over the truck on the lot with me and said I can make all of that happen for you with this truck. So he put a leveling kit on, new wheels and tires and afterwards he did a proper alignment. I priced checked a few other places but Affordable Auto has a very fitting name. They beat anyone else prices and it was all top end components. I feel like that kind of service pricing and attention to detail should be put in notice. You just don’t find that anymore especially in today’s day and age. Affordable auto will have all of my family’s business moving forward. Thanks guys!

I have been dealing with the New Owner for a number of years on all my Auto work and Used vehicle purchases. Him and his team are always helpful on my repair options and do great work in a timely manner. Everything from simple tires or batteries to major repairs and adding options. The more I stop in, the more I see higher quality cars on the lot priced right. My kids will be driving soon and I will be buying from Affordable as they value my time, money and safety. Thanks Zach! You have a great team and I am happy to see all the improvements you have invested in since your ownership.

Never again will I buy a vehicle from here or recommend anyone too. They are scammers and dishonest! Sold us a vehicle without inspecting it even though they said they did on the purchase invoice. When confronted after I brought to my reputable mechanic about the issues, salesman admitted they didn’t inspect and that they messed up but proceeded to blame owner saying he’s to eager to sell he’s vehicles and some other things.... but offered to fix or take back well I said if they fix we will keep only to get there to pick up after getting a call it’s ready and we get there and it still needed work which he said he assume we can do and pay for cause they don’t have the equipment! Then after being told to leave by a rude man name Don I was denied owners contact information and also invoice of what they claimed to have fixed! Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place as I will be contacting a lawyer as well as the media. People work too dam hard for their money only to be scammed by people who care about nothing but money.

My wife and I bought a car from here today. The sales staff is amazing; they went above and beyond any expectations. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great, reliable car at an affordable price! Thanks!

I looked on there website and inquired about a ford escape...the sales rep was very pleasant on the phone and helpful with the information he gave me...so I thought..I explained to him I would be driving several hours to come look at this. I asked him about the rear struts because Ford escapes are famous for needing them replaced and this vehicle was a 2012..he insured me they had been upgraded/fix...I said the pictures show the vehicle looking in great shape...the video on the website stated this vehicle to be in overall excellent condition...upon arrive there this morning after the drive...we looked in the vehicle to see...worn and torn seats...a huge stain in the back hatch where the sales rep said " ya looks like a gallon of pain was spilled....as I looked underneath at the rear struts the sale rep said " ya we didn't do anything with them"...after looking in side the dash,door panels, center console had deep scratches and marks...as I sat in it thinking what in the world is going on? Am I on a hidden TV show? And I tilt my head back the see the head liner all stained...This is a true story...the vehicle was so bad that me and my wife had to laugh about it...on the way home we looked at the pictures online and it was clear...every picture was just right and didn't show the spilt paint ect....I WOULD LIKE TO RECOMMEND YOU THINK TWICE BEFORE GOING TO AFFORDABLE CARS IN GREEN BAY WISCONSIN.. thanks for the great service Zach

It was a good experience working with Zach. He was very helpful and made sure the car we purchased was a fair deal and everything was working correctly with the car. Even put in a new battery after we told him we already wanted the car. Honest guy, good to work with. Would come back again.

Everyone at this dealership was very friendly and accommodating. Purchased a car and ended up having a small issue but they came and picked up the car at my workplace, fixed the issue and got my car back to me quickly. They stand behind what they sell and treat their customers well. Thank You!
