purchased a vehicle 01/14/2023, which needed to be brought back to Pristine Auto Group 02/03/23 because it clearly had issues at the time of purchase which should have been disclosed to me at the point of sale. Three times I have been told by the dealership that my vehicle was repaired, each time that was proven false. After leaving the mechanic for the first time, my vehicle needed to be pulled over on the GSP because the gears froze. Two other attempts were made to fix my vehicle, and I drove up there 2 times but each time left without my vehicle because it was not able to go into drive. It does not take 30 days to repair a car, and it does not take 3 "attempts" to fix it. I also paid extra for a warranty that they voided, yet still did work claiming it was under warranty. I only found out about the voided warranty because I called the warranty company. They also took a warranty deposit from me, even though they had never even submitted a claim to the warranty company. That is fraud, and deception. I have proof that Billy told the warranty place he voided it in error. Billy is a liar and tries to manipulate the customers into falling for his games. I do not want anyone else to have to deal with what I went through. Let this be a warning to everyone. The cars are only cheap because they will scam you out of more money in the future. Please, take your money anywhere else. You do not need the headache. From the looks of the other reviews, they seem to do it a lot. I wish I saw them earlier.

Went to take a look at a Jeep. It had to be jump started. Sal said he would take care it. I asked about codes, warranty. He said no codes and it has a dealer warranty. I bought the Jeep and about 5 miles out of the dealer the engine light comes on. Well it did have codes and battery issue not taken care of by Sal. No big deal...got a battery. Talked to them. They said to email the receipt over. Can't seem to get them to take my call. Hmmm. Turns out there was no warranty like it says on my paperwork and now it won't pass inspection because the codes won't clear. Just do what you SAY you're gonna do. At least give me a battery like you said you would!!!

I purchased a vehicle here about 6 months and the trans went bad and I called them and they told me they couldn’t do anything about it .. don’t buy from these people

Sal was great helping me with my purchase and finding a car that fit my needs. I have a daughter and i travel often so i was looking for something with a large backseat but still good on gas, he explained all my options and went over every last detail of the financing process. Purchased a car for the price that was better then advertised. Everything that was promised to me was done on time. They even agreed to replace two tires for brand new ones. Very satisfactory experience in the industry where it is very difficult to find honest people like Pristine staff proved to be. Highly recommend. This one rare case when I am writing positive review.

So i found Pristine Auto Group through a friend of mine who also purchased a car from Sal...not only did i get the best deal on my jeep (ive wanted one for awhile!) but the customer service was just as good! Fast forward to 3 months later, i trusted Sal enough to help my 17 yr. old cousin get her first car! Now here we are a year later with the same cars and no issues!!! Such a reliable & affordable dealership, i swear noone can beat it! Thank you Pristine Auto Group & esp. Sal! Bet of the best.

I came to the car and Sal the sales rep was very helpful and accommodated all of my needs. Gave me additional upgrades on the car as a part of the deal. The price was also a phenomenal deal compared to other used competitors that i was shopping at. I would definitely recommend my family or friends to come purchase their next car from here.

This dealership is very friendly and professional. I came here looking for a used car and I'm in love with my Honda Accord! If there's any problems they have a full service mechanic right on site to help you. Pristine auto shop is very welcoming and they help get the car you want within a good price range. when I came to Pristine Auto group for the purchase of my Mercedes I was treated wonderfully and the guys at Pristine auto are great professionals. The process was easy and quick and as a customer there is nothing more you can ask for. This establishment is a great place to purchase a car because of the staff they have working there!
