I checked around at several dealerships, and nobody could get me approved for a car. A friend recommeded for me to Call Ryan Oneal Autos. All I did was go to there website and submit a credit app. After that Jason contacted me and asked if I could swing by later that day, he said he could probably get me in a car. My car had a blown engine and I still owed the bank money on it. They worked it out and low and behold I have a new car. Thanks to everyone at Ryan Oneal's and all the hard work you guys put in for me.

I was a first time buyer. I was scared to death to get a new car. So I asked family and friends who they recommended, so they can probably help me out being that I have never done this before. They recommend one of the guys from here. So I walked in and asked for him by name. And I told home I wanted a black, on black,4wd small SUV!!!! He showed me a really cute escape. I asked him is it 4wd. He was very quick to say yes. I asked him are you sure? Become he didnt even look at his paper work. He told me ya ya I'm sure it's 4wd. So I signed the paper work. That's when it all went down hill. It took them 5 days to fix a broken speaker in the passenger door. Then a few days ago. I find out its front wheel drive!!!! So I called and asked him about it. And all he told me was. no I remember telling you it was fwd. I asked him two times if it was 4wd. If he would have told me it was fwd I would not have signed the paper work. So know I'm stuck with a car that I don't want!!! My worst nightmare came true.
