I had a great salesperson who was very professional,

I had a great salesperson who was very professional, informative and knowledgeable. I did not purchase a $61000.00 vehicle here because the sales managers were not interested in fair negotiations and basically did not want to budge off MSRP. They even lowballed my trade by offering $5200 less than what other dealers were willing to pay. I walked out and ignored the phone calls all week about how they still wanted to make a deal happen. I even received an email asking for me to bring in my trade to be appraised. Seriously? I already did that and wasn’t doing that again. Maybe sell your cars at a fair price and stop trying to rip off customers with super low trade offers.

Dealership was fine.

Dealership was fine. I am a bit annoyed with all the calls and text for follow-up. I also feel inappropriate for survey to be given onsite with person standing right there and for person to say that if they do not get the highest it’s a negative. They also said this when they called.

I travel for work, so I really appreciate the ease of scheduling service online. This allows me to the ability to make arrangements for my truck maintenance when I return to Phoenix, no matter where I am in at the time. The available appointment times and drop off options are always the most convenient. Evan is always prompt and professional when I drop off my truck for service. He is thorough when discussing the recommended Ford Maintenance options and pricing. He always assures me, as best he can, the service timing, and maintains text communication to keep me updated on completion time. I appreciate Evans patience and attention to detail. I never feel like I am being rushed in or out following service. I will continue to rely on Surprise Ford for all of my Ford Truck Maintenance.
