Surprise Ford Dealership received a trade in vehicle that
Surprise Ford Dealership received a trade in vehicle that I was looking for. A Subaru Outback with the big engine. Rodger was my Salesman and Sam in Finance, both were very helpful. Rodger explained the technology in the car and demonstrated how to use it. Rodger was honest, forthcoming and never pressured me during negotiations. Sam was meticulous on the computer triple checking that everything was spelled correctly and information inputed correctly. Both employees showed dedication while working hard on my transaction. I found it difficult to negotiate with the dealership.
I found it difficult to negotiate with the dealership. I was told twice that there would be a follow up phone call and never received a call. I was told we had a deal and the deal over the phone and it never happened. I believe they need to revisit how to make it easier for the customer.
