Worst experience buying a car.

Worst experience buying a car. Corrupt dealership, dishonest people, don’t go here ever! At all costs avoid this disgusting place. They will sell a car that you have already wired money for and make promises in writing that they can’t keep. They will use excuses such as “we don’t want to sell a car to someone who doesn’t live locally because they won’t use our service”, so all of you out of area customers beware. All of this after the wire transfer and loan documents are signed. In today’s world where customer service matters the most, do yourself a favor and do your research. In case you do find yourself there, definitely avoid Dan Doncea and Steven in finance.

Purchase a used Mustang Mach 1. I worked with Oscar and Roger in Sales and they were both very professional and friendly. I received a satisfactory price for my trade in. The entire process, from Sales to Finance, when smoothly. I would recommend Surprise Ford to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.
