I was a little off guard due to some reviews expecting the worse. however they showed me nothing but love and transparency they explained how the interest rates worked and broke down all the details. At first I was a little hesitant in checking some of there cars out due to some reviews from a couple years back. Nonetheless I was shown nothing but transparency & hospitality from the merlex team and Eli. They definitely improved on customer service as they called me two weeks after the purchase to make sure I was pleased and even asked for advice on any way to Improve.
