They had a solid selection, and I was able to test drive a couple options without any hassle. everything moved along steadily. Overall, it felt like a straightforward and respectful experience. I’d definitely consider coming back here in the future.

Had a great experience at this dealership. The staff was friendly and didn’t make me feel pressured at all. The car was exactly as described, and the pricing felt fair. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a stress-free buying experience.

Merlax Auto, located in Arlington Va, I purchased from their dealership less than 60 days ago. At the time of purchase, I was assured that the vehicle was in dependable, roadworthy condition. I relied on these representations when making my decision to purchase the vehicle. However, shortly after the purchase, I began experiencing serious mechanical issues. After having the vehicle inspected, I was informed that the car requires approximately $11,500 in repairs. Additionally, I was told that basic maintenance specifically an oil change that the dealership claimed had already been completed had not been performed at all. This situation has placed me under significant financial strain and raises serious concerns about misrepresentation and possible deceptive business practices. I believe Merlax Auto failed to: Disclose known mechanical issues Ensure the vehicle was in safe, operable condition at the time of sale Provide truthful information regarding maintenance performed As a consumer, I expect transparency and honesty when making a major purchase such as a vehicle. I am requesting that Merlax Auto take responsibility for this matter by providing one of the following remedies: Full reimbursement for necessary repairs Partial refund or financial compensation Rescission of the sale (return of the vehicle and full refund) I have documentation supporting my claims. This dealership is a scam!!!

A follow up to a previous post that I alway left. I am writing this in hopes that other people don’t get scammed as well. I won’t go into all of the ways they achieve this or I would be here all day. To make it simple they tack on a service fee to the sticker price. They don’t tell you that until they run your finances. In the moment I should’ve of seen this as a red flag but I went along with it. For a 4 thousand dollar service fee I was like this car is going to be in tip top condition. Boy was I ever wrong. Check engine light on before I even made it home. They were of no help trying help. Yes you do sign as is which they don’t mention until you do the financing. But for a 4000 dollar fee no check engine light should come on the a A1 code for maintence. After saving enough money for replacing faulty sensors I was able to have a full inspection on the car. I will post pictures below. There was no windshield wiper fluid in it, low oil, bad battery, and a spark plug not attached. I’m not even a car guy but I would have seen some of this if my job was to be a mechanic. Numerous of mechanics up home simply laughed at these clowns at Merlex. I am warning anyone that is thinking of buying a car here should reconsider. I have this car for a short period and it prob has been towed around more then I could drive it. If you have a problem they will say you signed as is. Yes I did but also thinking I had a full service done on the car. They obviously lied from the beginning. ❤️🙏9 Photo 1 of 6 Photo 2 of 6 Photo 3 of 6 Photo 4 of 6 Photo 5 of 6

This place is a total scam. Unbelievable that they conduct business so unethically and illegally. I'll do my best to make sure the DMV dealer Board and the FTC shut them down.

Buying my car here was actually a really smooth experience. The team didn’t make things feel stressful or rushed. They worked with me, not against me, and made sure I was comfortable with everything before moving forward. I’m glad I chose this place and definitely a solid dealership.

I came down to merlex to look at some performance cars as a little gift to myself, I was greeted with Eli very nice gentlemen and he showed me multiple cars until I finally found one I liked, we then went through the normal process and after the approval he made sure the vehicle was detailed and filled up! I love how they acknowledged the little things 🙌🙌
