What ever u do Do not let this company work on your car they took my truck and broke parts and they are making me pay for it They sent a video to me the tech even said they broke it an they are still making me pay for the parts and labor

My previous car, which was a used car, had completely broken down, so I needed a new car. My mom?s coworker had a great experience at Nissan of Chattanooga East and told us about Carter. He was able to help me find a car that would fit me well, since I am short, and was able to help me find a car with in my pricing range. He was very understanding of what I was looking for and very kind. Overall, I had a great experience there and I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a new car, especially if you?re short.

Initial contact was good but once we started to talk
Initial contact was good but once we started to talk about the trade, structuring the deal and financing, it went downhill fast. Alicia, the salesperson was quick to send over a video of the car and ask for financial information. Once it was sent over we talked about a trade and I was lowballed until I provided a quote from CarMax. Once I sent the credit app over she asked if I would be able to make it in to Chattanooga from out of town the next day. Soon after I was informed Jason the finance manager would have to talk to the banks the next day and that she would keep me updated on the progress. I never heard back from her or anyone else from the dealership. Fortunately, I was able to find a similar car with 13,000 less miles for a lower price. All in all I guess it worked out as I got a better deal and dodged a bullet dealing with terrible customer service.

Dodged a bullet!
Dodged a bullet! Took my son’s truck in they we purchased there about a year ago. It is a 2012 Silverado, used. We also purchased a deluxe extended warranty for it. It started rough, so i called the dealership with the symptoms. They said it had a “deluxe” warranty and would likely be covered! Later in the day, my son(full time student and worker) said they sent him a message that it was an ignition coil. Not covered. The issue is the estimate for repair was 448.77. That seemed high, so i called my father in law who owns a shop. He said about 70.00 and some pliers would repair this. It did. Lesson learned. No extended warranty and no more dealership repairs. I forgot to include the 125.00 diagnostics done to break us the bad news.

Bought a 2022 Ram from here and only had 28,500 miles.
Bought a 2022 Ram from here and only had 28,500 miles. Everything seemed to be fine as it was working great for 4 days and then the airbag device light came on a demanded I see a retailer ASAP. I took it Dodge RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET and had to beg for a loaner from Nissan, who of which sold me the truck. I have now been waiting 3 days for the fix from dodge who was already backed up with vehicles. I was told it wont be done for another 5 days meanwhile Nissan demands I return the loaner they gave me for 2 days and basically said I am SOL. I have no vehicle now all because Nissan failed to drive it over to Dodge before they sold it me for another 4 days. Carter is who the sales guy was that sold the truck. I will not ever be going back through them and I plan on selling the truck as soon as I get it back. What a terrible way to treat you customers, especially a first time car buyer.
