Called and spoke with Darius about a vehicle he posted and asked him if everything works, was told yes, they go through a vigorous inspection. Made an appointment for later in the day to go check it out and both blinkers would not shut off after turning the steering wheel ! What part of-does everything work does he not understand !! Told him I would check with my mechanic in the morning to see how much to fix and call him-NOPE-got a message early the next day-SOLD ! Will not go back, can't trust them !!!

Small Lansing used car lot. Salesmen easy, polite to work with. Decent clean vehicles. Bought a Buick Encore. Had previously looked at many places. This was a nice quick fair experience.

If I could give it a 0 I would. Bought a mini Cooper. Literally broke down on the way home. Fought with them repeatedly about fixing it. They took it in a few times but I’m sure did nothing as the problem continued. It would randomly stall and randomly not start back up. Never again!!!

I purchased a car from this auto dealership, Drove out of the parking lot got down the road car broke down, I have had nothing but problems and trouble since purchasing this car even had to take it back to the dealership so they could work on it and try to make it right for me, I start almost 11,000 on a vehicle that I hate I can't stand the sight of it it has been one problem one right after the, I was treated disrespectful by one of the workers there actually think it was the manager, I was told to go in cuz my parked my car was in The gentleman spoke to me in this manner and said they lied to me I lied to you meaning that I was told to come in because the part was in for my car and it really didn't come in and I asked him why and that was my answer.. I have also been waiting for a title for 4 months + !! I would not recommend anyone buying a car from this place be prepared for a lemon because that's what I'm stuck with :-(

absolutely wonderful customer service I was referred from a friend that bought a car from them 2 years ago and I looked through their inventory choosed a vehicle that fitted my needs and made an appointment the vehicle was ready for test drive as well as pre approval from financing institution drove the car home same day very pleased and definitely recommend

In my opinion, when my car was found to have issues immediately after purchase the staff was defensive, uncooperative, accusatory, and bullying. Also did not take the opportunity to make it right.

Me and the wife came here to Capitol Auto Sales to look at a 2017 GMC Canyon to pull our camper. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly sales team, offered complimentary coffee and soda and they pulled our car up to the front for us. After getting back from our test drive, the salesman had already pre typed our paper work up and made the transition fast and easy. We highly would recommend this dealership based on our experience.

My husband and I recently purchased our sixth car from Capital Auto Sales. I know that the term, "used car salesman", has typically been an insult. Joseph and his crew are the exception to this rule. We have always had an amazing experience with them. Yesterday, when my husband and I were in there, Darius helped us out. He got us an incredible deal on an incredible car that matched every qualification we wanted. If you go in there and they don't have what you want, they are eager and happy to look for what you want at the auctions that they go to. My husband and I like to pay cash for our cars when we get our tax returns in the spring. However, Joseph and his staff are wonderful at financing and finding you a monthly payments that works for your budget. If you are looking for a used car, they should definitely be your first stop. Their honesty and integrity impresses me every time I'm there. We have been getting cars from them for at least a decade and plan to continue for at least another one.
