Horrible he covered up all of the issues that I had with this $10,000 car. I lived in Ohio, and I think he saw somebody who was going to buy quick because they were in another state. The car has significant cooling issues and overheated after three months of having the car, I took it into a mechanic and he said it needs new brakes. The oil is leaking, and there’s a roof leak coming from the windshield, the speaker is blown out on one of the sides, coolant thermostat heater control codes. There’s a failed thermostat. Valve covers leaking, suspension issues….Needs replacement of water pump thermostat combo, the rear brakes are going out, and are at 3mm. right front lower ball joint boot torn and rust dust present!! ALL EIGHT control arm brushings torn. Engine mounts blown and leaking. Oil pan leaking…Engine air filter due for replacement. Spark plugs need replaced. ITS DANGEROUS. DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. He told me the rebuilt title was because of a “minor accident” and brushed it to the side like it was nothing but a car with a rebuilt title is total loss so he was taking advantage of someone like me who was desperate to buy fast. I had to take a personal loan out today to get a different car. This place should be ashamed

I purchased a 2010 Nissan murano from this dealership on 4/16/2025. I know I'm gullible but like to believe there are still honest people out there. This is not the case! Upon chatting with James and Defrim about the car, I repeatedly told them if there was anything wrong with the car, let me know so I knew what needed to be done. I would be doing A LOT of traveling and just want to be safe. They had said multiple times, far as I know nothing is wrong, but you never know once you get down the road... upon driving home, multiple lights came on... looked up the codes for the lights, after traveling to Oklahoma to get my daughter, upon arriving home, lights started pulsating and smelling smoke like wires burning. Got an inspection done, repairs cost more than I paid for the car! Defrim contacted me when I left a bad review, said take down the review, I will try to fix it. NO....He tried to tell me nothing was wrong with the car when my inspection papers say different!! I told him, inspection says different, either give me a different car or pay for a rental until mine is fixed! HE REFUSED!! Now I'm left homeless and have to figure out how to fix my car!..BUYERS BEWARE!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Horrible experience definitely crooks cheated me because I'm from out of state. Still trying to get my $7600 cashier's check returned to me. Beck took my money with the intention to never release the car 2012 Audi Q7 never even emailed me the buyers agreement to sign until he realized he was greedy not paying attention and never sent it then tried to get me to sign it and I refused because I never took possession of vehicle
