The way car buying should be!
I visited a few other Subaru dealerships before Brilliance Subaru. I could not wait to get out of the other dealerships! Phil respected my time and (relative) intelligence. I told him what I wanted, and he gave me a realistic price. Not the lowest price, but realistic enough that we concluded our purchase almost immediately. The other dealerships seem to think that maximizing "face time" (read: waste my time), informal "quotes" (that fail to list specified options) and other tired old tactics still work today. If you want to be treated with respect, and deal with professionals, you really should visit Brilliance Subaru. By the way, my first experience with the Service Department was also terrific!

Our experience with Dan in sales was great Low pressure ,honest, quick and friendly. Nate in Finance was also informative and helpful. Negotiation on price was fair and did not go back and forth like others in the past..

Nice wheels
Ed is a professional and did an excellent job throughout the buying process, our first Subaru (Forester). He explained everything well as far as the features of the vehicle, warranty, and maintenance. It was really a "no pressure" new vehicle purchase and Ed is an expert who is very customer oriented. Plus, Ed followed up on the next business day to check on our satisfaction with the new Forester!

Wonderful experience
Staff very friendly, professional,and knowledgeable. Keith explained everything to me about the car and was patient while I looked around. No high pressure, which made it much more relaxing. It was an enjoyable and exciting experience.

Easy and quick
The whole process was easy and quick. This was not the case with the other Subaru dealership in the area that I visited. The staff was friendly and worked with my budget to get me the car I wanted at a price that was reasonable.

Clean and efficent
A through review was done of my car beyond the service I had made my appointment for and was presented to me in a clear and friendly manor. While I did not choose to do any of the additional recommended repairs at this time I am glad I learned what else needed to be done and in what priority.
