I took my Subaru to Hansel Subaru in Santa Rosa, Calif for a courtesy check after driving from New Mexico to California, and the experience was excellent. My Service Advisor, Brandyn Tomkovic, was fantastic and took care of everything with professionalism and care. The dealership itself was very comfortable, with generous coffee, snacks, and a welcoming waiting area. I’ve never experienced a dealership that is so customer-conscious. They truly went above and beyond to make sure my Subaru was well taken care of. It’s refreshing to find a dealership that is honest, respectful, and genuinely cares about both their customers and their cars. Thank you Hansel Subaru, Santa Rosa, Calif.
