I bought a truck from them next day check engine light came on and the truck smelled like something was burning so I turned the truck in to get my money back they gave me the run around gor days I'm considering getting a lawyer

Talked to a salesman at Hanania and discussed my trade in and cash down to order a 2023 Chevy Bolt EUV. Deal was set, so I thought. When the car came in 4 months later, they offered 5,000.00 below book value and wanted 3 times the initial amount down to cover dealer add ons.What a joke this place is. Don’t waste your time like I did, shop around!!

The 1st told me I was signing loan paperwork . Just gave me a sellers contract no loan paperwork . I returned the truck 1/31 told the dealership. I have to have a better loan deal than11.5 % . I texted 2 days later wanting my $500 deposit returned. The dealership said they had a better loan and cheaper. Not knowing they Ran my credit 7 times I just checked my credit. . When I returned to dealership and signed more papers untelling how many times they are going to run my credit again. I’m returning the truck again 2/7/2023 . They have basically ruined my credit. I’m so upset I have been scammed and lied to

We were pleased to work with Jeff Blackmon. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable, not pushy an excellent salesman. The people who processed the paper work were also knowledgeable and when the papers were delivered to us in Kansas we proceeded to register the vehicle without any problems. We had a problem with the vehicle and this dealer handled this issue to our satisfaction. All in all this was a very good experience.

I ordered a Chevy Bolt EUV in June We discussed trade in and cash down and I was told yes we can do that.I waited 4 months and the Bolt came in. I drove it and was told someone else was looking at it but it was mine.After the 5,000.00 below market price offer on my car offer and cash down went up and up,I said keep it.They never tried to deal because someone else wanted the car. Total disrespect for customers from these people.
