Great service department. Fast and efficient. Kara Jordan is an excellent service advisor. She stays in communication with you every step of the process. You could not ask for more. Ben Hall was very helpful and responsive. He worked with the necessary colleagues to help find the right car for me. He was quite knowledgeable about the vehicles and in the few circumstances that he didn’t know the answer off hand, he found it for me. He worked with the technician to make sure the pre-sale service was completed in a timely manner so the car could be delivered quickly.

Came as a repeat customer for 107K+ service.
Came as a repeat customer for 107K+ service. Being concerned I was past my 100K warranty, I had several extras, e.g., tune up, change all filters, the usual stuff. Detected some insulation material (bringing in a sample). I asked to check (like giving a blank check). They spent a lot of time hunting, but couldn’t find anything obvious. Even Jerry Adams, who wrote up my bill, went out and checked it out. This has been typical of my previous experiences at Shottenkirk Ford. Yes, I could save money doing my own air and cabin filters, but I know their service dept knows exactly what they are doing. I will remain a customer.
