Union County Kia

We had service done to our vehicle. Tire rotation was part of it. No alignment was done or offered and we were provided a failed alignment test. We had to leave for a trip that day and there's constant vibration. No response to my email to service

I have total confidence in Kia of Monroe as I have always used their service department since I bought my Kia forte. These are awesome folks that get you in and out as quick as possible as well as being friendly and keeping customers advised as to what is taking place with the vehicle that is brought in. You can't be the service of Kia Monroe.

I called and made an appointment and confirmed that they had the part in stock before confirming the appointment. Once I arrived I found out that all the parts weren't there and had to make a second trip to have the work completed. Very frustrating and time consuming.

I made an appointment for the warranty work on the 2024 Kia Sorento that I purchased from Union County Kia. 2 and 1/2 hours after my appointment time, the work was finally done. In my opinion that was twice as long as it should have taken. I am not looking forward to the next time that I have to bring the car back for the next warranty service.
